A concierge approach to interiors

Canal Front Residence
A family of three was moving from a rented apartment into their first home.

The location was great, but the apartment itself felt a bit cold and heavy: large grey floor tiles, not enough natural light, and not enough storage.
Then we layered in furniture, décor and art, mixing vintage pieces with the family’s own treasures, so the apartment could feel collected & warm.
So we started with a light renovation:
  • replaced the flooring,
  • changed doors,
  • repainted the walls,
  • turned one of the bathrooms into proper storage,
  • reworked the bathroom cabinets,
  • removed the heavy curtain pelmets to let more daylight in
The living room was designed as a moody, private space — a place to come home, slow down, and disconnect. One of the key pieces is a vintage Italian solid wood console in perfect condition. It sits along the long wall and turns what could have felt like an awkward stretch of space into an architectural advantage.

Another special find is a mid-century Chinoiserie bar, sourced from a resale listing in a villa in Mirdif. It brings character to the dining area, and a slightly unexpected note to the room.

The shelves were styled with art and books collected by both the owners and our team. We treated them as a living system — something the clients can continue to edit and change over time as their home evolves.

One of the most practical changes in the apartment was turning an extra guest bathroom into a full storage room. In many Dubai apartments, especially two-bedroom layouts, there can be three or even four WC zones — often more than the family actually needs. Here, we decided to use that space in a more meaningful way. A custom-made storage solution allowed us to use the area to its maximum capacity, including dedicated parking for the stroller.
Storage transformation
For the kids’ room, the goal was to make it joyful and functional without disconnecting it from the rest of the apartment. We kept the color palette aligned with the overall concept, but made it lighter and more playful. Wallpaper, toy storage, and a custom-made play area helped create a room that feels fun for a child, while still belonging to the wider mood of the home.

In the master bathroom, we removed the full-wall mirror and introduced more practical storage above the WC. We also replaced the lower cabinets with drawer-based storage, making the bathroom much more functional for daily use.
Bathrooms
In the master bedroom, the clients already had a furniture set that worked well for them, so the goal was not to replace everything. Instead, we completed the room around what was already there: added a work area, layered softer lighting, introduced textiles, and brought in decor to make the space feel warmer.
