This project started with urgency: a family of four (and one fluffy tail) had to move out of a fully furnished rental and into a completely unfurnished three-bedroom apartment in just two weeks.

The brief from the client was clear: to finally feel at home, while staying budget-conscious due to the rental status of the property.
We started with prompt site measurements, followed by a fast-tracked layout and concept approval.

Living room: the brief here was to create a chic space that would complement the hero view from the window, while giving the family a place to spend time together and welcome guests.

Here we had a big treasure for Dubai – a 6m niche, great fit for the everything you can imagine storage.

Storage planning process. We were able to locate there: office corner, strollers parking, sport equipment, luggage, shoes and seasonal clothes
An elevated, chic look that naturally continues from the living room area. A space to unwind and recharge.
Master bedroom

Brief from the room’s owner: lots of pink accents, a vanity table, and a reading corner. Our favorite piece here is the 360-degree rotating armchair - a perfect spot to dream, read, and enjoy the spectacular view.
12-year-old daughter’s room

The main goal was to create the child’s own room with a grown-up bed, making him excited for the change. We added a fun rug, a play zone, and Roman blinds to let in plenty of sunlight for play.
